Great service
I've been with InMotion for about a year already. So far had no difficulties neither with my shared hosting plan, nor with VPS. And support is great, I had a few questions dealing with VPS and with their efficient help I managed everything quickly and without effort. The best webhost ever.
I've been with this guys for 3 years. If you are unsatisfied with this hosting provider it's likely that you won't be satisfied with enyone else. I'm a web developer and the webhost I choose really matters, my reputation depends on it a lot. InMotion has proven to be an excellent web hosting company to work with. I have had a shared hosting and my own private server with them, and there's never been a problem or question their support didn't help me with. I highly recommend this guys to those ho need reliable webhost with low cost. I'm a newbie
I've just got my account at InMotion few weeks ago and I'm very pleased with the service so far. They called me to welcome me to the service and asked whether I had any questions, it's nice isn't it? : ) The nicest thing about this hosting provider is their support team to my mind. They were really helpful launching my small business hosting, they explained me how everything works without making me feel like an idiot. It's pleasant to finally find a web hosting company that is cheap and has an excellent support team! Really helpful customer service.
I've got a small business hosting with InMotion. I do not understand much about hosting issues and when it came to the database question I know completely nothing about the customer service was really very helpful. My business relies heavily on email and InMotion didn't short-sell me so far. Highly recommend them to everyone.
